Bière blonde forte très levurée. On recommande.

Brewery St.Feuillin. Created in 2011, St-Feuillien Grand Cru has propelled the St-Feuillien Brewery to stardom. We filter out the alcohol by using a natural process which does not affect the taste of the beer. As crazy and enjoyable as our Brugse Zot Blond, but alcohol-free. That is what we call responsible enjoyment, without compromise on the taste.
Brewery St.Bernard. Blond triple. St.Bernardus Tripel is a traditional abbey beer that follows the classic tripel style. In the Watou region a tripel is often referred to as a ‘Bernadetje’. A fine tribute that pays homage to Bernadette, the youngest daughter of Evariste Deconinck, the man to whom the monks of Abbaye Sainte Marie du Mont des Cats sold their Belgian property in 1934. St.Bernardus Tripel is a blonde beer with an inviting golden hue and an impressive, velvety-soft head of froth.
Brewery St.Bernard. Quadruple. St.Bernardus Abt 12 is widely regarded as one of the best beers in the world. It is therefore no surprise that it is our brewery’s flagship beer, ranked at the very top of the St.Bernardus beer hierarchy. Brewery Het anker. Gouden Carolus Hopsinjoor completes the taste palate of the Gouden Carolus beers. “Hopsinjoor” derived from “Opsinjoor”, the typical character of Mechelen and also because of the use of 5 different kinds of hops. These hops are fractioned at a different time during the cooking process in order to conserve a maximum of aroma. Concerning the taste, the Ale has a gentle taste with a slightly bitter finish. Gouden Carolus Hopsinjoor was launched in 2008 on the Zythos Beer Festival and hit the mark: the visitors elected it as best beer, bringing Het Anker “The Consumer’s trophy Zythos Beer Festival 2008”. The beer is bottled unfiltered in order to preserve the bitterness of the hop as much as possible.

It is an unfiltered blonde beer with a natural cloud. The beer is produced using only yeast, malt, hops, sugar and water and has an alcohol volume of 7%. Thanks to the addition of dried orange peel during the boiling process, the beer has very pleasant fruity aromas that are in beautiful harmony with its delicate, fully rounded taste.
Brewery Dubuisson. Temporary action: save for a big bottle. Introduced in 1933 under the name of “Scaldis Beer”, this is one of the oldest specialty beers in Belgium and the flagship brand of the Dubuisson Brasserie. The Scaldis Caractère is a filtered, top-fermented beer made from malt, hops, natural sugars, water from the brewery’s own underground source and an exclusive house yeast that has been cultivated for 80 years. The pronounced bitter-sweet taste of this beer, its gentle taste structure and characteristic amber colour are all due to the caramel malts used and the expertise and patience of the master brewer (the beer rests for four to six weeks). The high density – the proportion of malt – and the active house yeast make for one of the strongest Belgian beers, with an alcohol volume of 12%. The CO2 saturated Scaldis Caractère is easily digestible and makes an excellent aperitif or after-dinner digestive beer.
Brewery Lefebvre. A SPECIAL BLOND BEER WITH HONEY Barbãr Blond is a deep blond beer brewed with a blend of barley malt and soft wheat. Elegant and thirst-quenching, it offers a fruity nose with a touch of honey.
Amber Trappist. Orval beer is a high fermentation beer. The ageing process adds a fruity note, which strikes a subtle balance between the beer’s full-bodied yet complex flavour and bitterness. The beer was first brewed in 1931 and owes its unparalleled taste to the quality of the water, the hops and the yeast used. The brewery has selected very aromatic and unique hop varieties, which hark back to the first brewmaster of Orval, who hailed from Bavaria. The beer’s aromas are very pronounced while maintaining the right level of bitterness thanks to the English method of dry hopping. The various stages of fermentation – combined fermentation with the original yeast and with wild yeast, followed by fermentation in the bottle – mean the beer must age for some time and requires numerous quality controls.
Trappist. Copper Brown, fruity sweet and little bitter.

Taste this magnificent beer and you can appreciate its subtle grapefruit note. This beer is also extremely popular as an ingredient in culinary dishes.

10y. Bourbon and sherry cask. Finished on Marsala cask.

The first Whiskey to be distilled in Dublin in nearly 50 years, our Single Pot Still pays homage to a Dublin style made famous by the old, now closed, Dublin Whiskey Distilleries.
